(Delhi pollution control committee) is a self-governing body and was founded by
Delhi government in the year 1991 under the guidance of central pollution
control board (CPCB). The DPCC essentially issues a license that means no
objection certificate to assure that the proposed or existing business entity

What
is the procedure for obtaining consent certificate?
You
have to first verify your business activity. After this, you have to see if
your industry falls under the permitted category.

If your industry falls under white category,
then you have to submit documents online and an undertaking is generated. After
that, the certificate will be generated. In the last, you have to submit a
signed hard copy to DPCC.

If your industry falls under green or orange
category, you have to check is the site falls under the permissible industrial
area. If it falls under the permissible limits, you can submit the required
documents online at the DPCC website.

If your industry falls under the redevelopment
area, an SDM letter or industry inspection letter has to be submitted.
